Refund policy
Chargeback Statement:
We have zero tolerance for chargebacks. If chargebacks are conducted we will contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will contact your bank and you may be subject to legal action taken against you. Initiators of chargebacks will also subject to debts being turned over to a collection agency if the debt remains unresolved. Debts turned over to collection agency will have detrimental effects on your credit score and collections can remain on your credit report up to 7 years.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you purchase you agree that you are the owner and authorized user of the payment information provided. Credit card fraud offenders will be subject to debt being turned over to a collection agency.
Chargebacks will result in a $15 inconvenience fee.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Cancelled orders are subject to a fee of 8-10%. This fee covers the cost of processing payments with the card companies.
If you receive your order and are unhappy with your order we accept returns for 48 hours.
We will no longer offer refunds for those who fail to read our shipping policy. Cancelling orders after purchase is a large inconvenience for our company and we will no longer be able to honor these requests. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your hair or order contact us and let us know. We accept returns issued with 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we confirm your return you have an additional 48 hours to send back your hair in its original condition. Meaning the order will have to be scanned at the post office to be shipped back to us no more than 48 hours after us accepting your return. These returns will receive a full refund once we receive the hair. Any orders past 48 hours since delivery are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be granted as long as the hair is returned in its original condition and in its entirety with no sign of wear, tear, or destruction. This policy applies to physical hair products only. Wigs are non-refundable as they are custom made based on the specifications selected during checkout. Digital products are non-refundable.
All return shipping costs must be covered by the returnee, since we do offer free shipping on all hair orders.
